We exist to turn ambition into achievement. That is the gap we set out to close; bridging the distance between classroom knowledge and field-ready confidence, so that every learner walks out as an enriched Medical Representative.
We did not have numbers and targets in mind when we began this institute. We were considering all of the talented young graduates who had the ability to make it in pharma sales but, for some reason, didn’t know where to start, were deliberately misinformed by the wrong people.
Together, we’ve been in the field, in the discipline and the satisfaction it brings when it’s done right. This institute was established on one core principle: training shouldn’t be about checking off a certification! The idea should be to create a professional who can enter into the Doctor’s chamber with real confidence, product knowledge, and integrity.
